oh man this is a tough one

It has the correct transmission (long live Manuél)

But the mileage is super high for the year and this car is very slow in stock form. Yes you can tune it but not everyone is comfortable with that.

The looks and transmission are pluses; engine, weight and miles are minuses.

It will probably fall to $15,500 after two years if at 100K miles.

It's not bad at all in the right car! But I test drove the A5 with it once when it first launched. Damn it was slow for the money!

It's not a light car. Quattro adds weight. It really needs a 6 or 8 cylinder engine to have the scoot to match the looks. Cause it is THE best looking sedan-bases coupe of the last 10 years!

There's both that 3.2 and the 2.0t to choose from. Either way, Performance goodies would be needed. It does look incredible though, Love every detail of the exterior and interior.

The upsides of the 3.2 include that you can get the AWE Tuning touring exhaust for it. (Which, as you can probably tell from how much I post about wanting one on whatever I get next.)

our #4 is very close!

Blue is my fav but black or dark grey is more stealth

And stealth is good if making it a DD

White looks so good too though cause the black and CF really stick out

I really want one right now. I could trade the 997 and E90 in for one. I even saw a black V10 Manuél for $99K the other day.

But the E90 M3 is my only practical car. And the 997 is so reliable and fuel efficient.

It's so hard to say goodbye to cars that you like! I don't want to give any up. I want to keep them all forever

A white R8, With black wheels and carbon fiber sideblades would be awesome. I just can't into white cars though. My old A4 was white, and was impossible to keep clean for more than 30 seconds at a time.

Thanks! Yes the reveal is very past due. It still doesn't feel like my car yet. I bought it out of state and it's not registered in CA yet. I'm too scared to drive it. It's just an investment for now, haha.

Kinja'd!!!1

Oooooohhhh, That's so pretty! So is the M3! And the 911! And the bike! Thanks for the teaser :)

Another good thing about the R8 is that they're priced pretty great. $115,900 is the base price for the V8.

Kinja'd!!!

Plus dat interior! The steering wheel itself would make me love the car.

Kinja'd!!! Manuél Ferrari > jkm7680
01/11/2015 at 18:58

Kinja'd!!!0

The M3 is the best value ever! I bought it 10 years old with low miles (I think a tad under 30,000 at the time). It has about 42,000 miles on it now and I can probably sell it for almost the same amount I paid for it!

The F car was also good value because I paid about half what it would have been new. It had 20,000 miles.

Dat R8 interior is so nice. It's very functional. When I test drove one it felt as comfortable as an A4 inside.

The base price is really good. I wish Audi would keep Manuél in the next version. Then it would be the ultimate car. Because the interior is going to get updated and be super modern. But sadly they will probably kill Manuél :(

Kinja'd!!! jkm7680 > Manuél Ferrari
01/11/2015 at 19:09

Kinja'd!!!1

Jeeeez, That is good value! That's super low mileage, on the M3 and the F car!

I too wish that Audi would keep Manuél for the next one. There seem to be a really decent amount of them out there with it, I just really hope they keep it nice and functional with Manuél in there also.

Also, PLS HALP. The Porsche configurator is trying to abduct me again!

Kinja'd!!! Manuél Ferrari > jkm7680
01/11/2015 at 19:42

Kinja'd!!!1

Funny thing is that 20K miles is considered "high" for an F car from 2006, hahahahaha. People are so crazy. They only want to buy used F cars that have under 5K miles on them.

Oh yeah thanks for the compliment on the bike. My Dad gave it to me. Maybe I should go ride it right now cause the rain stopped.

If Audi kept Manuél in the R8 they would get some sales simply because of the transmission. Not like you can buy a car from Ferrari, Lambo or McLaren with Manuél inside! And you can't get a stick shift GT3 either.

Haha the Porsche configurator is evil!

Kinja'd!!! jkm7680 > Manuél Ferrari
01/11/2015 at 19:58

Kinja'd!!!1

Hahaha, Now that's crazy insanely low!

I really do hope Audi keeps it. Porsche seems to be keeping theirs around, but most other manufacturers have killed theirs off especially as far as supercars go. It's really too bad that Ferrari has stopped, The V12 Zagato was an excellent surprise. I was one in person, and was super blown back that it was an actual Manuél. Like I already wanted the car as it was, But that certainly wasn't helping! :)

Ride it! And check the weather first, Lol. Whenever I plan to do something outside of work, or my house it ends up raining. The weather and my stuff schedule seem to correspond perfectly.

But seriously, That Porsche configurator is like Hypnotoad from Futurama. I keep trying to pull myself away, But there's just so much to configure, Haha.

Haha, Doge suddenly wants to go left when you're on the bike and it looks like you're going left also like it or not :)

I also managed to escape the Porsche configurator after yearsof configuring, (I discovered that peridot color with red seats on the Cayenne.) That was when the Porsche configurator was the weakest, and realized that I had no more time to be stuck within it's grasp. After that, I escaped.
